I'm very excited today. I'm going to start working out again and it feels great. When we were working out before we were pretty consistent, but our diet never changed and frankly my heart wasn't in it, but now I think I'm ready to make a life style change. I know that it will take a little bit of time and for me it is a step by step process, but it will be worth it. First step exercise, second step healthy eating habits. Here we go!
Well until next time, watch out for calories they have a tendency to sneak up on you.
